Summer Camp Activities
Flying Kick Summer Camp specializes in training campers ages 4 and up. We offer training for white belts through and even past first degree black belt.
The Summer Camp runs from 9:00 am – 3:00pm.
Typical days include two sets of Tae Kwon Do training, in the mornings from start of camp until lunch time. These classes are broken into age and rank, as to make sure every camper is able to be helped with learning of Tae Kwon Do. We often weave Tea Kwon Do games into these classes especially with younger camper groups.
We check the progress of all students on Thursday to see if they are ready for a test on Friday. Often white through blue belts are able to progress to the next rank in 3 weeks. At red belt and black belt it may take longer to progress.
After lunch we are able to start other activities, such as:
- Mini-Tournaments!
- Swimming!
- Basketball!
- Arts & Crafts!
- Dodgeball!
- Outdoor Team Games!
- Free Play!
- Water Fights!
