- Tae Kwon Do Programs
This class is for ages 12+, this is a new program just started for young adults at Flying Kick. This program focuses on intensive activity, yet learning Tae Kwon Do and a few other martial arts. These martial arts techniques come from Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, the punches from boxing, and Aikido is used as part of these self-defense techniques. This program has a foundation of Tae Kwon Do but yet other martial arts will be taught. This program is a great way to get our young adults to work together and yet have a lot of fun. If you would like more information about what we do in this program please look at our Adult curriculum. Emphasis is based on learning, a great workout, and safety. Each class is 50 minutes/1 hour.
